Very slow response despite excellent configuration

I understand how inconvenient it can be when a Surface Laptop responds slowly despite having strong hardware specifications. Since the description is quite brief, could you please share a few more details so we can better understand what is happening?

• What is the exact Surface Laptop model and Windows version/build?
• Is the entire device slow, or does this happen only in a specific app or task?
• What do you mean by “slow response,” such as delayed typing, apps taking a long time to open, freezing, slow startup, or mouse/touchpad lag?
• Did the issue begin after a Windows update, driver update, or new application was installed?
• When the slowdown occurs, does Task Manager show unusually high CPU, Memory, or Disk usage?
• Does the behavior occur both while plugged in and while running on battery?
