i am trying to change my plan and renew my subscription

an error shows up whenever i try to process the payment. it does not has a number it just says that the changes could not be done and to try later. I´m trying since this morning

To better understand the situation, could you please sign in at account.microsoft.com/services and confirm which Microsoft 365 subscription is currently shown, its current status, and which plan you are trying to change to? Also, please let us know whether the error appears immediately after selecting the new plan or only after you enter or confirm the payment method. If possible, share a screenshot of the complete error message while hiding any personal or payment information.
