For Microsoft 365 home support, the supported path is to request contact through Microsoft Support:

1. Go to Contact - Microsoft Support.
2. Type Contact or a short description of the issue.
3. Select Get help.
4. Select Contact Support or Sign in to contact support.
5. Under Products and services, choose Microsoft 365 and Office.
6. Under Category, choose Manage account Subscription.
7. Select Confirm.
8. Choose Chat with a support agent on your web browser.

If phone support is offered for the case, a phone number can be left so support can call back.

If accessibility assistance is needed, Microsoft also provides the Microsoft Disability Answer Desk for technical assistance.
