Log into any Microsoft account you may have on this link, do you find any subscription listed on any of your accounts there?

    https://account.microsoft.com/services/

If not, click Billing on the left, are you able to find the payments there?

If you are still unable to find that payment, if you are sure no-one else has access to your banking details, using any Microsoft account you may have, try using the steps they provide on this link to find out what that payment was for.

Then use the steps they provide on this link to cancel whatever that payment was for and get a refund (if applicable).

If you are still unable to resolve that payment problem, this forum is just a user to user forum, no-one here has any account access, you will need to contact Microsoft Support directly, try using this method to contact their support.

    Go to this link: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus

    Select Microsoft 365

    Click 'Get Home Support'.

In the box provided, type billing.

Press Enter, then on the next page, scroll down and click 'Sign in to Contact Support'.

Navigate to Microsoft 365 and Office - Manage my Subscription.

Select the 'Chat with support agent in web browser' option

Possible causes for a charge like MICROSOFT*MICROSOFT 36 MICROSOFT.COMWA include:

    1. A Microsoft subscription renewed automatically because recurring billing is enabled.
    2. A purchase was made by someone with access to the card, such as a family member.
    3. A previously declined charge was processed again.
    4. A pre-order or split order was shipped and billed.
    5. An in-app purchase was made from an app, game, or Office app.

    To identify it:

    1. Go to the Microsoft account Manage your payments page and select Investigate if the charge is not recognized.
    2. Check Order history for a purchase with the same amount and date.
    3. Check Services & subscriptions to see whether a Microsoft 365 or other subscription renewed.
    4. If a subscription was canceled recently, check whether it was canceled less than 2 days before the billing date, because a charge can still occur in that case.
    5. If the charge still cannot be matched to the account, contact Microsoft Support.

If the charge is not found on the Microsoft account at all, the card may have been used on another account. In that case, contact the card provider or bank to dispute the transaction.
