Since the new copilot update the chat that I have been building is appearing in the side bar but failing to load. Window says to refresh the page. This is an important chat widow can you please fix it for me. This a very important chat window, I have purchased an upgrade, but if I can no longer access the chat then I have wasted my money.

I have tried loading copilot in a private window on my PC and manually signing in, the same thing happens with the chat.
The difficulty loading also applies to my mobiles.

    Hello Alison,

This behavior appears to be affecting multiple users following the recent Copilot update, and there are cases where conversations reappeared after several days, so it may be related to the chat history still syncing with the updated experience.

Here are some suggestions you can try:

    1. Make sure you are signed in with the same account and sign-in method originally used for that conversation. Personal and work or school histories are kept separate.
    2. Check the Copilot activity history in your Microsoft account. If available, export the activity data to check whether the conversation is still stored there. Please do not delete or clear the history.
    3. In the meantime, please submit feedback through the Feedback option in Copilot. In-app feedback is the best way to send the problem and diagnostic details to the Copilot product team for further investigation.

Since this is a public user-to-user forum, Moderators, contributors including external Microsoft employees cannot directly intervene in Microsoft product features or access back-end systems. Our role is limited to providing technical guidance on reported issues, requests, or ideas.
