I am stuck on update of Windows 10 2H22 so I cannot get to Windows 11 Update

    Sorry you’re stuck on Windows 10 22H2. Surface Pro X is on Microsoft’s Windows 11 upgrade list, but the offer is rolled out in stages, so Check for updates doesn’t always show it right away.

    I’d try this first:

    • Settings > Windows Update > Check for updates, install anything pending, then restart
    • Open the Surface app > Help & support > Check for updates
    • Check again for the Windows 11 offer

    A few things that usually don’t help on Pro X:

    • PC Health Check often doesn’t run properly on SQ1/SQ2 ARM
    • The normal Windows 11 Installation Assistant / USB media is for x86 PCs, not this device
