Hello martin LK,
Sorry this is still blocking visual after you paid for Microsoft 365 Premium. Upgrading does raise Copilot usage, but it does not make Vision unlimited, so that prompt can still show up.
There are a couple of things that usually explain this:
- AI is only for the subscription owner. On Family or Premium, shared members get the apps and storage, not Copilot / Vision. If this account is not the owner, visual will not unlock.
- Vision still has a daily limit. On Premium that is higher than Personal/Family, but it is still a cap (Microsoft staff have described it as about 15 minutes per day). After that, Copilot can ask you to upgrade again even though you already subscribed.
Could you check:
- On Services & subscriptions, that this Microsoft account is the subscription owner and Premium is active
- That Copilot / microsoft365.com is signed in with that same account
If you are the owner, signed in correctly, and visual still stops, it is more likely the Vision limit than a failed upgrade.
If you can share the exact visual message (or a screenshot of it), that would help narrow it down a bit more.
