For Microsoft Learn course completion issues, the supported path is to contact Microsoft Learn Credentials Support.

If the course progress is changing or chapters appear incomplete, these self-checks can help before escalating:

    1. Use the Continue button at the bottom of each unit, not the Next button in the upper-right corner. This helps completion register correctly.
    2. Sign out of Microsoft Learn, clear the browser cache, and sign in again.
    3. Verify every unit is marked Completed, including knowledge checks, exercises, or optional items shown in the course.
    4. Try a different browser or device.
    5. Check whether browser extensions or pop-up blockers are interfering.

For Copilot labs specifically, one Microsoft 365 Copilot course states that students must have:

    • access to a Microsoft 365 subscription where they are licensed to use Microsoft 365 Copilot
    • a Microsoft OneDrive account, because Copilot requires OneDrive for file-sharing tasks used in the exercises

That means missing a Copilot license can affect completion of lab-based exercises in that course.

If the issue is still not resolved, submit a support ticket through the Microsoft Learn Credentials Support page.
