Hello! I have attempted to share access through my family sharing plan to this email - ******@weezietowels.com and she continues to receive messages the her account creation has been blocked. I verified this is the correct email address. How do we resolve this issue? Please see attached screenshots of the messages she is receiving when I share an invite to her through my microsoft account. image (13)

This is usually an automated security restriction on Microsoft account creation, triggered by unusual activity patterns during sign-up. Since the block happens when accepting the family sharing invite, the issue is with creation of the Microsoft account for that email address, not with the Microsoft 365 Family sharing itself.

    Recommended steps:

    1. Stop further sign-up attempts for at least 24 hours. Repeated attempts can keep triggering the block.
    2. Retry without privacy or network masking tools. Disable any VPN, proxy, ad blocker, or privacy extension.
    3. Use a normal browser session. Clear browser cache, make sure JavaScript is enabled, and try again in a regular browser window, not Incognito/InPrivate.
    4. Try a different browser, device, or trusted network. If possible, switch between Wi‑Fi and mobile data, or use another Wi‑Fi network.
    5. If the account gets created but then becomes blocked during verification, use another verification method if one is offered. A block can be tied to the verification method being used.
    6. If the block remains, use Microsoft support options for account/sign-in help. The Sign-in Helper can guide available recovery or support paths.

If the invited person still cannot create the Microsoft account after waiting and retrying with a different browser/network, the next step is to use Microsoft support for account help rather than resending more family invites.
