Artifact Signing email verification remains incomplete after successful validation

Organization Public Identity Validation completed successfully, including email verification, FaceCheck, Microsoft Authenticator Verified ID, and credential presentation.

After the email verification which was succesfull up to the authenticator's qr code success (on the authenticator there is a verified ID, mine)

The request initially changed to In Progress.
The following day it returned to Action Required / Complete email verification. Opening the action link returns “No Access - this link has been used already.”

This has occurred after deleting and recreating the validation once, do I need to repeat this viceous circle?
