Unfortunately, this is not possible for a child account. This restriction is part of Microsoft Family Safety protections and cannot be bypassed, including by Microsoft Support agents. Support cannot remove a child account from the family group or manually convert it into an adult account.
You will need to regain access to the organizer's Microsoft account. Once access is restored, the organizer can manage the family group and make the necessary changes to your account.
