So I have checked I have a fully updated Word and IOS, I've made sure tracked changes is showing in line rather than balloons, deletions are turned on and I'm in 'All Markup' mode. But still deletions and moved text are not showing. What do I do?

    Hello Koterwas, Keara,

From your description, tracked deletions and moved text are not visible in Word on your iOS device, even though the relevant markup settings are enabled and both Word and iOS are fully updated.

As the next step, open the same document in Word for the web or the desktop version of Word, if available, and check whether the missing deletions and moved text appear there.

If the changes are visible outside the iOS app, this would suggest the revisions are still in the document but are not being displayed correctly on the iPhone or iPad. You could use Word for the web or desktop Word as a temporary workaround for reviewing those changes.

If possible, also ask the person who created the document whether the changes are visible on their device. If the issue occurs with multiple documents and only in Word for iOS, please use the Help & Feedback option within the Word app to report the behavior to the relevant product team for investigation.

You may also contact Microsoft Support through the in-app support option by following the steps in this article. Please ask the support team to check whether this behavior may be related to compatibility between Word and the current version of iOS. Since this is a user-to-user forum, we can only share suggestions based on our observations and research. We cannot investigate possible compatibility issues from the backend.

Hopefully your issue will be sorted out soon Thank you so much for your patience!
