    Hello, I’m Virginia.

Are the graphics card drivers up to date?

Have you tried using DDU to cleanly uninstall the drivers & then install a fresh version from the pc or graphics card manufacturer’s website?

If the PC is overheating then check for any dust in the case, another suggestion is that the thermal paste needs replacing.
