How To Locate My Transcript

To locate training completed in 2020 and 2021, open the Microsoft Learn profile and check Transcript and Achievements:

1. Sign in to the Microsoft Learn profile.
2. Select the profile avatar, then Profile.
3. In the left menu, select Transcript.
   • This shows completed training modules, certifications, exams passed, and Applied Skills credentials.
   • Use Share link to generate a shareable transcript link.
   • Use Print to save or print the transcript as a PDF.
4. In the left menu, select Achievements if the goal is to see badges, trophies, or XP.

If the training was educator content migrated from Microsoft Educator Center (MEC), the MEC and Learn profiles must be linked using the same sign-in credentials. After sign-in, accept the permissions prompt and select Migrate data to Learn. The migrated records should then appear in Achievements and Transcript.
