I have received an email from Microsoft with a service order number for a return but the View and print your shipping label doesn't take me to anywhere I can view and print a shipping label. It takes me back to My Devices on Microsoft page.

    Hello Family Blackmore,

I understand that you have already received the service order email, but selecting View and print your shipping label only takes you back to the Microsoft account Devices page.

Please sign in with the same Microsoft account used to create the service order, select the Surface device associated with the return, expand its details, and then select Check status next to Service Orders. Please check whether the Print shipping label option appears inside the service-order details. You may also want to check the Junk or Spam folder of the email address associated with the order.

You can review the official instructions here: Check the status of a Surface repair order, cancel the order, or print a shipping label

If the service order is visible but the shipping-label option is still missing, please contact Microsoft Support and provide the service order number privately so the support team can check the order and help with the label.

Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators and contributors cannot access service orders, shipping labels, or Microsoft’s back-end systems.

For clarification, is the service order listed under the correct Surface device, and do you see a Check status option there? Thank you so much for your understanding.
