How to get certificate of my completed training

For Microsoft Learn training, a certificate is not issued just for completing a course or learning path. Microsoft Learn awards:

• Badges for completing modules
• Trophies for completing learning paths
• Certifications only after passing the required exam

If the completed training was a Microsoft Certification exam, check the credential in the Certification Dashboard:

1. Open the Certification Dashboard.
2. Select View Certificates in the Certificates section.
3. Select the certificate name.
4. Download it, or download multiple certificates as a .zip file.

If the certificate is missing:

1. Confirm the credential requirements were fully completed.
2. Make sure the correct Learn profile is being used.
3. If multiple sign-in accounts were used, try each one that may have been used during exam registration.
4. If the certification requires more than one exam, the certificate appears only after the final required exam is passed.
