    Hi @Tamissa Boissel

I’m sorry you’re having trouble accessing your school resources. From your description, it appears that the laptop update may have completed, but the page you are being redirected to is unavailable or the link may no longer be valid.

Could you please provide a few more details?

    • Which school service are you trying to access, such as Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Microsoft 365, or your school’s student portal?
    • Are you using a Windows laptop or Mac?
    • Does the error appear before or after you enter your school email address and password?
    • Have you tried using a different browser or a private/incognito window?
    • Have you tried accessing your school account on another device, such as a different laptop, tablet, or phone? If so, do you receive the same error there?
    • If possible, could you share a screenshot of the error? Please hide your email address and any other personal information before posting it.

Please note that I’m only a regular community user, so I don’t have access to your school account or internal system. The suggestions above are based on the information available to me. Please let me know if you have any updates or if the issue continues.

For a school account sign-in problem on Windows, use this order:

    1. Restart the laptop.
      • If updates are pending, use Update and restart.
      • This can clear temporary sign-in issues.
    2. Check whether the school account is connected in Windows.
      • Open Settings > Accounts > Access work or school.
      • If the school account is listed, select it and choose Disconnect.
      • Restart the laptop.
      • Then try signing in to the school account again.
    3. Use Get Help if the laptop is signed in with a work or school account.
      • Get Help can provide troubleshooting resources and run diagnostic tests for Microsoft work or school account issues.
    4. If Windows Hello or PIN sign-in is involved, try another sign-in method if available, such as password, and review Windows Hello troubleshooting.
    5. Contact the school IT helpdesk if the problem continues.
      • School accounts are managed by the institution.
      • If the device is not properly enrolled in the school system, sign-in can fail even when the credentials are correct.
      • For work or school accounts, technical assistance may need to come from the organization’s IT admin.
