Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hello @Chloe McKenzie ,
Thank you for reaching out to the Q&A forum!
For your situation, please take note that:
- If your desktop isn't properly enrolled in your school system, login attempts may fail even if your credentials are correct.
Since you're using an education account, your institution's IT support team is the best resource for help. Education accounts are managed by the school's IT department, and Microsoft doesn't have direct access to modify settings or settings. Account-specific issues.
For that reason, I recommend that you contact your institution's IT helpdesk for further guidance. If you’re unsure who the Global Admin is within your organization, you can find guidance on locating them here: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support.
To make sure your account is still active and eligible for Microsoft 365 access, could you please provide a bit more detail:
- Can you try logging in to the Office Portal using your school email?
- Are you still currently enrolled at your school, or have you already graduated?
- Do you see any specific error messages when trying to log in on your desktop? For example:
- “Your organization has disabled this device”
- “We couldn’t connect to the server”
If possible, please share a screenshot of the error message. I can help you blur or hide any personal information before reviewing it.
