I can't login to the company store. I'm getting an error that it's not available in my country. I'm in the US.

Hello KEITH MALETTA, when you say “company store,” do you mean the Microsoft employee Company Store website or the Microsoft Store app in Windows? The steps differ, so I don’t want to send you through another Store reset if the error is on a website.

If it’s the employee Company Store, please use its Login Assistance page for account or access issues. If it’s the Windows app, let us know where the country message appears.

If the company store says it is not available in the current country, check both the Windows region and the account type being used.

    1. In Windows, go to Start > Settings > Time & Language > Language & Region.
    2. Under Country or region, make sure United States is selected.
    3. Reset Microsoft Store:
      • Press Windows key + R
      • Enter wsreset.exe
      • Select OK
      • Wait for the blank command window to close and for Microsoft Store to reopen automatically
    4. Try signing in again.

If this is a company/work store scenario, make sure the sign-in uses the work account assigned for Microsoft Store purchases. Work and personal accounts use separate carts, orders, and payment methods, and only work accounts with purchasing permissions can purchase from the Microsoft Store.

If the problem continues, the app or store item may not be available in the selected country or region, or the work account may not have the required purchasing permissions. In that case, contact the organization IT admin.
