my parents Email is no longer avaible to my parents

So a few days ago i wanted to install minecraft from microsoft store and it asked for parents permission like normal, but my dad said that he lost access to his parental email which is the only parental email in my microsoft family so i cant install anything from microsoft store now. so i want to know if i or my dad can change the family organizer to to another email or add a new family parent so my mom can give permission too

    Hello,

    If you are under 18, your account is considered a child account, and you will need parental consent to download or install apps from the Microsoft Store. The Organizer of your Microsoft Family group must provide consent for your account through the Microsoft Family Safety settings.

    Unfortunately, if the Organizer account is no longer accessible, you will need to recover the Organizer's email account using the Microsoft account recovery form here:

    The Account Recovery Form requires adequate information to prove that you are the owner of the account. The Account Recovery Process can be a time consuming process, but providing as much info as possible from the start of the process will increase the possibility of being verified by the automated process. You'll need to keep trying until you're verified by Microsoft.
