I have lost Access to family organizer account need parental consent removed. I can't talk to an agent because the AI is so bad, I don't have anything; such as email, username, or anything I just see the name of the organizer and im stuck as a child.

    Hello Fakhraddin Amirov

I’m sorry you’re stuck in this situation.

Parental consent can only be removed by the adult Microsoft account that originally granted it. Being another family organizer does not automatically provide permission to remove that consent.

Since you no longer have access to the organizer account and do not know its email address, try the following:

    1. Use the Microsoft Sign-in Helper to identify or recover the organizer account: Microsoft Sign-in Helper
    2. If you can identify the account but cannot sign in, use Microsoft’s account recovery process: Recover your Microsoft account

If the organizer account cannot be identified or recovered, contact Microsoft Support and

    3. In this section, you will need to sign in to your Microsoft account.
    4. Select "Microsoft 365 and Office" under Products & Services, select "Technical Support" as the category, and click to confirm
    5. You can select " Chat with a support agent in your web browser " to access the chat window.

    When contact explain that:

    • Your account is trapped in a Family group as a child.
    • The organizer account is inaccessible.
    • You can only see the organizer’s display name, not its email address.
    • You need the parental-consent relationship reviewed or removed.

I hope Microsoft Support can help get the family relationship corrected.
