chat history completely disappeared

Hello. I am a Copilot Pro subscriber. My chat history completely disappeared from the Copilot app/website after a login issue. However, I can see my full history inside my Microsoft Privacy Dashboard. This is a known server sync issue. Please escalate this to your technical team to perform a manual account history resync for my account.

Thank you for providing those details. Since you can still see the conversations in your Microsoft Privacy Dashboard, that suggests the data may still be associated with your account. However, Microsoft Q&A is a community forum, and we do not have access to customer accounts or the ability to request a manual history resync or escalate cases directly to an internal engineering team.

Before proceeding, could you please confirm:

Are you signed in with a personal Microsoft account (such as Outlook.com, Hotmail.com, or Live.com), not a work or school account?
Does the chat history remain missing on both the Copilot website and the Copilot app when using the same account?

Hello thank you for taking time to answer. I am signed with a personal Microsoft account with Microsoft 365 monthly subscription. For the second question, yes the chat history is missing on both.

You can try sign in to Copilot using an InPrivate/Incognito browser window and check whether any history appears.

Hello. I tried it the problem persists. The problem started when i logged in copilot using a google account. For some unknown reason when i logged in with google account it started to download my chat history from my paid Microsoft account. Then when i logged in again with microsoft account all chat history was gone.
