OnVUE app blocking physical PC - False "Virtual Machine Detected" bug

I am writing to log a formal complaint regarding the booking process for the AB-730 exam. I have decided to completely abort my registration because of a persistent technical failure with the OnVUE pre-exam system test.

The software consistently blocks my standard, physical Windows computer by triggering a false positive "Virtual Machine Detected" error. I have spent significant time troubleshooting my system based on official recommendations—including disabling native core Windows security features such as Hyper-V, Virtual Machine Platform, and Memory Integrity. Despite these deep system adjustments, the OnVUE software continues to malfunction.

What makes this situation completely unacceptable is the immense personal toll and stress it takes. I have invested countless hours of hard work preparing, studying, and revising for this exam. To be locked out from even completing a registration test—after weeks of intense preparation—is incredibly stressful and unfair.

Furthermore, because your online system is broken, I tried to look for physical test centers near me (like Box Hill), but they are either completely unavailable or lack immediate scheduling slots, leaving me with no viable alternative. Given the massive volume of public complaints regarding this exact OnVUE virtual machine bug, what concrete actions is Microsoft undertaking to fix this structural issue with Pearson VUE and protect the candidate experience?

I refuse to spend another minute troubleshooting a faulty anti-cheat check or compromising my computer's built-in security. Microsoft is losing a customer today because Pearson VUE's software is deeply flawed. I am posting this so support managers are aware of why candidates are abandoning your certifications.
