I have a Microsoft account it has just been suspended. There is an option on the email to login to submit an appeal, but when I log in I'm told my account is suspended so I cannot log in. Any ideas please on how I can get through to Microsoft to lodge an appeal? Thanks.

A family member of mine has just has their account suspended supposedly due to inappropriate content against Terms of Use in Copilot. I saw what they asked for, and with absolutely no bias from me here, it was not inappropriate. They wanted a picture of a teacher helping a student study for a presentation. She went through the customer support pages to request an account review and the options all either loop her back to the start, the buttons to click don't work, or she's told Microsoft cannot help in X way due to the suspension.
Do you have any idea what to do?
