To cancel the $9.99 monthly charge for your Microsoft 365 subscription, you need to turn off recurring billing and then cancel your subscription. Here are the steps you can follow:

    1. Turn off Recurring Billing: Go to your Microsoft account services page at https://account.microsoft.com/services and find your subscription. Turn off the recurring billing option.
    2. Cancel Your Subscription: Once recurring billing is turned off, you can proceed to cancel your subscription. You can find detailed instructions on how to cancel your subscription in the Microsoft 365 admin center or by following the prompts in your account settings.

If you encounter any issues or need further assistance, consider contacting Microsoft support for help.

I paid the 9.99 on 10/3 for the AI monthly Microsoft service and now, as I use the A1 copilot it is telling me "You've reached your daily limit. Get more usage now or check back at 8:00 PM." it should not be telling me since I paid the $9.99. it was posted onto my charge card 10/4
