Please check whether you can download it directly from here:

Another option is to get it directly from the Roblox website: https://www.roblox.com/download

Roblox currently has an active Windows Microsoft Store listing, so reset the Store cache first, then check the account, region, family, and device-compatibility conditions that can hide it. ^1^

    Reset and update Microsoft Store

    1. Press Windows key + R.
    2. Enter wsreset.exe, then select OK.
    3. A blank window should appear briefly; Microsoft Store should then open automatically.
    4. Search for Roblox again. ^2^
    5. In Microsoft Store, select Library → Get updates. Allow any Store update to install.
    6. Open Start → Settings → Windows Update → Check for updates, install available updates, and restart the PC. ^3^

    If Roblox remains missing

Microsoft Store can hide an app when it is unavailable for the configured region, restricted by Microsoft Family settings, or incompatible with that device. It can also block installation when the PC is not authorized through a Microsoft account. ^2^

    Check these conditions:

    • Store account: Open Microsoft Store, select the profile icon, and make sure it is signed in to the intended Microsoft account.
    • Windows region: Open Settings → Time & language → Language & region and verify that Country or region matches where you currently live. Do not select a false region merely to bypass availability restrictions.
    • Family restrictions: If this is a child account, ask the family organizer to check whether age/content restrictions are hiding Roblox.
    • Managed computer: If it belongs to a school or workplace, its administrator may have disabled Store apps.
    • Device compatibility: If the webpage shows Roblox but the Store does not offer it on this particular PC, the Store may be filtering it for that device.

If the PC uses a Snapdragon/ARM processor

This branch applies only if Settings → System → About → System type identifies an ARM-based processor. A reported Windows 11 Snapdragon case found that the Store edition of Roblox could fail because required Store or gaming components did not install successfully, despite Windows supporting app emulation. The suggested workaround was to use Roblox through its browser/publisher option while keeping Windows updated. ^4^

Avoid downloading unofficial Roblox .appx, .msix, or installer files from third-party sites.
