I am facing a recurring problem with my Hotmail account. I am unable to send emails properly, and sometimes emails fail to send or get stuck. This issue is causing me a lot of inconvenience and affecting my daily work.

The problem keeps happening again and again. I have tried several times, but I still cannot understand why this issue is occurring or how to fix it.

I kindly request the Microsoft/Hotmail support team to investigate this issue seriously, identify the root cause, and provide a permanent solution as soon as possible.

Please do not provide only a temporary fix, as this problem keeps coming back. I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue permanently.

Thank you for your support.

I am facing a recurring problem with my Hotmail account. I am unable to send emails properly, and sometimes emails fail to send or get stuck. This issue is causing me a lot of inconvenience and affecting my daily work.

As far as I can tell, you are facing two completely different problems.

1 -- emails failing to send or getting stuck in your Outbox

Need to know your email environment:

Please see this Microsoft Support article and reply with what platform (Windows, Mac, Android, iOS) and version of Outlook you are using (e.g. Classic, New).

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/what-version-of-outlook-do-i-have-b3a9568c-edb5-42b9-9825-d48d82b2257c

And who is your email hosting service? e.g. Microsoft (outlook.com, hotmail.com), Google, Yahoo, private ISP.

    2 -- Non-Delivery Report

    As I read it:

    • Generating server: cp.wayneward.es
    • Recipient: ******@shawfootcare.co.uk
    • Rejecting organization/server: mx-eu.mail.am0.yahoodns.net
    • SMTP reason: 550 5.7.25 Forward-confirmed reverse DNS failed
    • The original message was received by cp.wayneward.es from an Outlook.com outbound server, visible as ...outbound.protection.outlook.com.

The important part is FCrDNS, forward-confirmed reverse DNS. Yahoo is saying that the IP/hostname presented by the server attempting final delivery does not pass Yahoo's forward/reverse DNS validation. So the failure is apparently downstream of Outlook.com, involving the intermediate server/mail system at cp.wayneward.es attempting delivery to Yahoo.

I kindly request the Microsoft/Hotmail support team to investigate this issue seriously
