    Welcome Juan Pablo Garcia,

Thank you for posting in the Microsoft Q&A Forum. I'm sorry you're stuck in a sign-in loop. Having the page ask for your email and code over and over is frustrating, and I'm happy to help you get back into your account.

To point you to the right fix, could you please tell me:

    • Where does the loop happen? For example, on the Microsoft account website (account.microsoft.com), Outlook.com, the Windows sign-in screen, or an Office app such as Word or Outlook.
    • Is this a personal Microsoft account (for example @outlook.com, @hotmail.com, @live.com or a Gmail address), or an account from your work or school?
    • Does a message or error code appear when the page asks for your details again?

While you check, please try these steps:

Step 1: Sign in from a private window

    • In Microsoft Edge, press Ctrl + Shift + N to open an InPrivate window. In Chrome, this is called an Incognito window.
    • Go to https://account.microsoft.com and sign in.
    • Use only the latest code you receive. If you request several codes, the earlier ones stop working. Enter the code within a few minutes.

Step 2: Clear the browser's cookies and cached files

    • In Edge, go to Settings > Privacy, search, and services > Clear browsing data > Choose what to clear
    • Set Time range to All time, tick Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files, then click Clear now
    • Close and reopen the browser, then try signing in again.

Step 3: Check your device's date and time

    • Go to Settings > Time & language > Date & time and turn on Set time automatically and Set time zone automatically
    • If the clock is wrong, verification codes can be rejected.

Step 4: Try a different browser or device

    • If the loop continues, try signing in from another browser or from your phone. This tells us whether the problem is in one browser or in the account itself.

    Looking forward to your update.
