Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hi Ash Bharagve,
I understand your concern, especially after paying $129 for a one-year Microsoft 365 renewal.
First, please check the exact wording and date shown on your Services & subscriptions page, then confirm that the payment appears as completed in your Microsoft order history.
If the payment was completed but the additional year is not reflected correctly, please contact Microsoft Support and choose Microsoft 365 > Subscription or billing support. An agent can review the transaction and subscription status after verifying your account.
Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators and contributors, including external Microsoft employees, do not have access to customers’ billing records or Microsoft’s back-end subscription systems, so we cannot investigate the payment or adjust the expiration date from here.
I know being redirected may not be the outcome you were hoping for, but contacting Microsoft Support is the most reliable way to have the charge and subscription date checked. Please keep your order number and payment details private and provide them only to the support agent through the official support channel. Thank you so much for your understanding.
