Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hello @Anna Bond
If you would like to use Microsoft 365 Education (Student Office), you would typically need a school-provided account and an Edu license assigned by your school. In addition, the assigned license must include the Office desktop applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. If you are enrolled in an apprenticeship program, I recommend checking with your school or training provider to determine whether they offer a Microsoft 365 Education account and license.
Alternatively, if you are a apprenticeship and do not have a school-issued account, Microsoft has offered a 50% discount on Microsoft 365 Personal through a separate student verification process.
When you reach the verification page, please select “Use a different method” instead of verifying with a school-issued email address.
After selecting this option, you will be asked to provide information such as:
- Full name
- School or educational institution name
- Academic email address
Once the information has been submitted, the verification request will be reviewed by the verification team. If your academic status can be successfully confirmed, you may become eligible for the Microsoft 365 Personal student discount.
I hope this helps point you in the right direction. Should you encounter any difficulties during the verification process, please feel free to share with me, and I will do my best to assist you further.
