Hi @Ainsley
I understand why you want a clear explanation, especially after paying approximately 600 and seeing your Copilot subscription replaced or renamed.
As this is a public community forum, we cannot access your billing records, confirm your current subscription level, review the migration history, or approve a refund. A Microsoft Billing Support agent will need to compare your previous Copilot plan with your current Microsoft 365 plan and confirm:
- What the 600-payment covered
- Your current plan and included benefits
- Whether any Copilot features or usage limits were reduced
- How and when the subscription was migrated
- Whether the charge qualifies for a full or partial refund
Please sign in with the Microsoft account used for the purchase and contact Microsoft Support. Ask the agent for a complete subscription and payment review and have the order number or receipt available.
Refund eligibility depends on the purchase date, region, subscription type, and whether the purchase was made directly from Microsoft or through another provider.
Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators and contributors cannot access accounts or Microsoft’s back-end systems. We can only provide technical guidance on reported incidents, requests and ideas
Thank you for your understanding and time
