Copilot Message Limit

I have been using Microsoft Copilot Free for a little over a year to help me with my writing (purely as a structural assistant), and now that you have rolled out the concept of a message limit, I have been hamstrung.

Everything I've found says that my limit will be reset after 24 hours, but I have not seen any evidence to support that claim, so I'm not here asking a question - I'm making a demand: either fix the reset system or remove the limit entirely.

    I understand how disruptive this can be when you regularly rely on Microsoft Copilot to support your writing.

    Microsoft Copilot Free provides standard access, which is subject to service capacity and may vary throughout the day. Microsoft does not publish a guaranteed number of free chat prompts or guarantee that access will be restored after exactly 24 hours. If Copilot shows a specific time when access should become available again but you still cannot continue afterward, the behavior may need further investigation.

    Please submit feedback directly through Copilot by using the thumbs-down icon. Include the exact message displayed, the date and time it appeared, and whether the same behavior occurs in both the web and app versions. This provides Microsoft with relevant diagnostic information to investigate the experience.
