Hi T-Viking,
I can understand why this would be frustrating, especially when the original task did not complete correctly and the attempt to correct it was interrupted by a monthly limit warning.
Microsoft 365 Premium provides higher Copilot usage, but some features, including Tasks, are still subject to usage limits. What is not clear from the warning alone is how the unsuccessful task and its correction were counted toward your allowance.
Could you confirm whether you are using the Microsoft account that owns the Premium subscription, and whether this happened with one specific task or with several different tasks? If possible, please also share the general type of task you asked Copilot to complete, without including any private account information.
If the Premium subscription is active on the same account and the limit appears to have been reached because Copilot repeatedly attempted to correct an incomplete result, Microsoft Support would be the appropriate team to review the account’s recorded usage. Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators, contributors including external Microsoft employees cannot directly intervene in Microsoft product features or access back-end systems. My role is limited to providing technical guidance on reported issues, requests, or ideas.
Thank you so much for your understanding.
