Missing Projects from Copilot.microsoft.com

Hello,

I am seeing that others are or have experienced the same issue I have with my projects missing from copilot.microsoft.com. I am using my school account and once signed in, I don't have anything in notebooks and am unable to login to the legacy account access any longer. I lost all important school projects, notes for my manuscript and a host of files and other work.

What am I to do because I cannot find any of my work? Notebooks do not show any previous work and I have been trying to get this back for two weeks now. Can anyone offer any help? I login with my school login credentials as this is not a work account. I keep seeing on other's posts' that they can see their work, then it is missing, I am not sure what to do. Microsoft where are you with this? I need help urgently.

    Welcome Ayana Walker,

I’m sorry to hear that you’re unable to locate your projects, especially since they contain important schoolwork and manuscript notes.

Since you confirmed that you sign in to Copilot using your school credentials, this involves a work or school account rather than a personal Microsoft account. Work or school accounts are managed separately, and their Copilot experience can also depend on the licenses and settings configured by the organization.

I recommend contacting your school’s IT administrator or Microsoft 365 administrator so they can check your account, licensing, and Copilot access.

Please avoid sharing your school credentials or other private account information in this public forum.

    Thank you for your understanding.
