my Xbox account is locked and I cannot get it back using the account recovery forms.

I have submitted 15 of them with all of my correct information with the account I've had for 10 years. I even included my card information which I've bought Xbox game pass for years. It will either not respond or it will tell me I did not include enough information. So my account I've had forever is now locked and I'm screwed.

In all honesty, if you have failed the Xbox Recovery Process multiple time, your chances of recovery are nill.

Some Xbox users have reported success contacting @XboxSupport on X/Twitter to escalate an existing recovery case.

This is not an official alternative to Microsoft's account recovery process, but it may help bring attention to an existing case. I have not personally used this method and this is all only hearsay.

https://x.com/XboxSupport leave a direct message describing your issue. Include your recovery case number (if any) and your Xbox info (e.g. gamertag, console serial number/device ID, and other account ownership details).

Please report back on your results, even if it's just "No Help".
