Copilot forced us to move to the app and now has a daily limit

I was forced to move to the copilot app this morning on my Android phone despite trying to access my chat history from the Bing browser on the Samsumg Internet app on my phone. In moving to this app, I've subsequently lost months and months of chat history. I was unsure if I was on a local browsing session or logged into my account. Etiher way, while chatting to try to come up with a solution for this issue of lost chat history, it now says I have reached a daily limit ans cannot proceed without paying the $19.99/mo fee.

Has anyone had issues with months and months of lost messages?

Has anyone hit a daily limit? And is there anything that can be done as a workaround?

The lost chat history is prob the most important. This is now linked to my computer based profile and is either like a home or student Microsoft office suite (if this is even what they are referred to as anymore?)

It did also pull some history but I am guessing due to the size of some of the chats (fingers crossed it is the missing chats) it is not allowing them to be opened. Even if I could see what was discussed that would be a lifesaver.

Any pointers or help are welcome.

    Hello Bex_inMT,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

Regarding the chat history, Copilot is on its way to update the system, which can lead to some chat history of the previous inaccessible. As I see, it should be gradually fixed.

I haven't seen the limit reached message on my computer yet. However, free users do get a limitation, but I would suggest not try to work around it for now, since your Copilot is still in the middle of resyncing.

    I hope this clarifies.
