If Xbox is sending the account to South Korean age verification, the account profile is likely still set to South Korea or has profile details that do not match the intended region.
Use these steps:
- Check the Microsoft account profile birth date.
- Sign in to the Microsoft account profile page.
- If the account is an adult account, edit the birth date and select Save.
- If Microsoft still treats the account as underage, use the parental consent guidance.
- Check the Microsoft account country or region.
- In the account profile, confirm the country/region is set correctly for the Philippines.
- Region and age verification must be consistent with the account profile.
- If the Microsoft Store or device region is still set to South Korea, change it.
- On Windows 11: Start > Settings > Time & Language > Language & Region > Country or region.
- On Windows 10: Start > Settings > Time & Language > Region > Country or region.
- On Xbox One or Xbox Series X|S: Profile & system > Settings > System > Language & location > Location.
- If the region was changed recently, wait for the account changes to sync before trying Minecraft again.
- If the account birth date is wrong and Microsoft thinks the account is underage, correct the birth date first. If the birthdate on the account indicates underage status, Microsoft requires the appropriate consent flow.
- If sign-in or verification still fails, use the sign-in helper or contact Microsoft Support. Support can route the issue, but support agents cannot access and change account details directly.
Important:
- Microsoft recommends changing region only when moving to a new country or region for a long time.
- Items obtained in one region might not work in another.
- Microsoft account funds do not transfer between regions.
