How do I sign in with my Microsoft account in Minecraft dungeons 2

Hello

I was hoping to get my pre order bonus fo mcd2 but unfortunately it seems impossible.

The button inside settings for logging in with a Microsoft account doesn't even appear. It's just not there.

What do I do?
