I am signed in using my paid for Microsoft 365 Family account. Your site does not list my device - "hphome" although it lists two other of my devices, both of which are running Windows 10. This computer is running the normal Windows 11 systetm. I can and have signed in to me Microsoft aaccount, listedd a administrator, but stiill find no record of this device on which I am contacting you.

    Hello,

    If you don't see your devices listed under your Microsoft account here - https://account.microsoft.com/devices, try resyncing your device by switching from a local account to a Microsoft account again. That is,

    Re-register your device under your Microsoft account:

    • Go to Start > Settings > Accounts > Your info.
    • Select "Sign in with a Local account instead" and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the local account setup.
    • Restart your computer and log in using your local account.

    Next, from the local account > Go to Settings and select Accounts > Your info, then choose "Sign in with your Microsoft account" again. Complete the sign-in.

    Sign out or restart your computer.

    After restarting, go to https://account.microsoft.com/devices and sign in with your Microsoft account to check if your device is registered.

    Note: It may take 48-72 hours for the device to sync with your Microsoft account.

    Also, ensure you have enabled 'Location services' and enabled the "Find my device" feature in settings.

    =========================================================================

    Another important note: the issue of Microsoft devices not appearing in your device list is a widespread problem, and there have already been several reports about it. It is a backend server-side issue rather than something caused on your end. However, please make sure you have tried all the steps mentioned above and enabled those functions. The device might not be added immediately, but you should see it eventually after some time.
