I have been getting billed monthly and now the card is expired. I can not find where the subscription is located. When I sign in it shows no subscriptions.

    Dear Kahla,

Being charged every month for a subscription you can't find is confusing, and I'm sorry you're dealing with it. Unfortunately, as a forum moderator, I am not able to look up which account your card is linked to. My role here is limited to providing general guidance you can apply from your side. When you sign in and see no subscriptions, the most common reason is that the subscription is on a different account. Here is a structured plan to help you identify the charge and the correct place to cancel or request a refund:

    1:Identify the charge type

Review the description of the charge on your credit card statement:

    • If the charge includes a reference number like E0XXXXXX or G0XXXXXX, it strongly suggests a business subscription or an organizational purchase.
    • If there is no specific reference, it is more likely a personal product or subscription.

2: Check both personal and business accounts

If you have both a personal Microsoft account (e.g., @outlook.com, @hotmail.com) and a business Microsoft account (e.g., associated with your company or school), you will need to check both accounts for any active subscriptions or purchases:

    Personal account:

    • Log in to your personal Microsoft account
    • Go to Services & Subscriptions to view any active subscriptions or recent purchases.
    • Look for any active subscriptions that match the charge amount.
    • If you see a subscription you don’t recognize or no longer use, you can cancel it directly from this page.

Alternatively, you can run this troubleshooter for locate the product: How to investigate a billing charge from Microsoft - Microsoft Support

    Business account:

    • If you have access to a business account, log in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center
    • Go to Billing > Your Products to check for any active subscriptions or purchases made under the business account.

Step 3: Contact support for the correct account

    For Personal accounts:

    For Business accounts:

Raise the service request from the Admin Center by clicking the Help & support button in the down right corner.

For additional assistance, use this link to find the appropriate contact number: Global Customer Service phone numbers - Microsoft Support.

I hope this helps. Looking forward to your reply.
