    Hello Yue Zi Jet

If this is a personal Microsoft account, it is possible that your account was previously added as a guest account in the YUN tenant. If that tenant has been deauthenticated, the sign-in process may be redirected there, which can result in the AADSTS5000224 error even though your personal Microsoft account itself is still active.

To help isolate the issue, please try the following:

    • Sign in to https://account.microsoft.com using the same account.
    • Open an InPrivate/Incognito browser window and try accessing the Azure Portal again.
    • If prompted to choose a directory or tenant, select a different tenant or your home directory if available.

If you can successfully access your Microsoft account but continue to receive AADSTS5000224 only when opening Azure Portal, this would further suggest that the sign-in request is being routed to the YUN tenant rather than indicating a problem with the personal account itself.

Finally, for further troubleshooting, could you confirm whether this account has access to any other Azure tenant or subscription, or if the YUN tenant is the only directory associated with it?

Looking forward to hearing from you.
