A Microsoft file hosting and synchronization service.
Hi, JAINIL
Sorry for this unwanted experience. I wouldn’t keep trying the same web download steps if you can’t select even one file.
Here are some suggestions you can try:
Use the OneDrive folder on your computer instead of the website. Open File Explorer and look for your OneDrive folder. If it’s there, you can copy files from it to a folder outside OneDrive. First make sure the files have actually downloaded: on Windows, right-click the folders you need and choose Always keep on this device, then wait for the green check marks before copying. You’ll need enough free space for the files.
If folders are missing from the computer, open OneDrive’s cloud-icon settings, go to Account > Choose folders, and check that the folders you need are selected for syncing.
I can’t provide a link that emails your entire OneDrive to Gmail as a ZIP. Once you have a verified local copy, you can compress it yourself, but don’t delete anything from OneDrive until you’ve checked that the copy opens. If the computer method also fails, contact OneDrive support and include a screenshot showing the missing controls.
