What is possible:
- Rebuy the games on the new account.
- Keep using the original account for the existing saves.
- If the goal is only to change the sign-in email for the account that owns the Xbox data, an alias change may help preserve access to that same account, but it does not move data to a different account.
Relevant account limitation:
- Microsoft personal accounts can’t be linked, merged, or combined.
- Game progress can’t be transferred from one Microsoft account to another.
