Office Home & Business 2021 for Mac is listed as a purchased product in my account but I can not view the license information. I had a hard drive failure and need to reinstall the license file. How can I view the license number so I can use Office again? I am looking for the perpetual license file, NOT the 365 license.

    Your perpetual Office Home & Business 2021 for Mac license is activated by signing in with the Microsoft account linked to it. You normally do not need the original product key or a separate license file to reactivate it.

    Are you able to see your Microsoft Office Home & Business 2021 under the Services & subscriptions page here: https://account.microsoft.com/services (make sure you’re signed in with the same Microsoft account you used to activate Office)?

    If you can see it there, please follow these steps below.

    If you haven't already, I’d suggest is to uninstall any existing Office apps on your Mac to avoid conflict:

    Then, to reinstall Microsoft Office:
