    Rolling back to 16.109 and disabling updates worked for me.

    Hi,

    this workaround works for me:

    • uncheck default html-format on both composing (preferences) tabs
    • detto for format of org message

    the drawback:
    the message is plan text formatted, but included.

    Check Outlook settings for message composition and conversation view. Also verify whether 'Include original message text' is enabled in Reply & Forward settings. Restart Outlook and update to the latest version if the issue persists.
