win11 indexing

After upgrading win10 to win11, indexing service/options does not work and the pc is slow when opening windows explorer.

Notice that troubleshooting Indexing, does not exist in the settings

Any possible solution in the web, did not work !!!

This process will rule out system corruption after the upgrade as the cause of the problem.

interesting advise

upgrade win10 to win11 and then reinstall win11 to repair the new upgrade, just for one service that does not want to run after upgrading

I think the best option then will be to perform an in-place repair with the Windows 11 ISO.

Please follow the steps, this is then not like re-installing Windows, it is just like an update and your personal files, settings and installed software will not be affected.

to download the Windows 11 ISO

When the ISO file completes downloading

Disconnect from the Internet

Disconnect all external devices with the exception of a mouse or keyboard.

Temporarily disable any 3rd party Anti-virus you may have installed

Then, in Windows File Explorer, double click the ISO and then run Setup.exe and select the Install option.

same behavior as of the above

also run again the diagnostic "msdt.exe -id SearchDiagnostic", still problem found, problem not resolved......
