Hello Markus. I suspect the problem results from how Microsoft now displays invoice choices depending on your account type, browser specifics, and purchase history. If you do not see the Download Invoice button, it could be due to cookie settings, browser cache, or a temporary bug in the Microsoft Account portal.

As a first step see what happens here go to account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and login with the account used to initiate the purchase. Find your order and expand the order details. There may be something for View receipt, Print order, Download invoice etc. If you do not see these options, try a different browser or check in Incognito/Private mode.

If the button is still not visible cleared your browser cookies and cache and reload the page.
