Here are some methods you can try:

1. Go to https://teams.microsoft.com/ and check if the issue persists.

If yes, sign in to the MS 365 admin center, https://aka.ms/admincenter, and do the following:

1. Go to "Users" > "Active users" > find and click on your new account.
2. Click "Licenses and apps", and ensure "Microsoft Teams Essentials" is enabled.
3. Expand the "Apps" button located at the lower part. Enable "Microsoft Teams" > Save.

After a few minutes or so, sign back in again to Teams.

Ich hatte bereits ganz am Anfang geschrieben, dass ich ein Abo habe. Jetzt habe ich zwei und noch immer keine Lösung und werde weitergeschickt. Schade, aber das ist nicht der Service den ich mir wünsche. Trotzdem vielen Dank für die Mühe.

Nur weil Microsoft Teams kostenpflichtig umstellt, habe ich den ganzen Ärger und investiere Stunden um Stunden.
