I am a user of the Microsoft 365 account ******@hogerli.com. Since yesterday, I have been unable to send or receive emails. Outlook on the web is working, but no messages are arriving, and sent messages are not being delivered. The only known administrator is currently unavailable. I do not have access to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center and need help locating the Global Administrator or checking the Exchange mailbox.

Hallo Gerti,

As your issue description is primarily written in English, I will provide my response in English for your convenience. Please feel free to let me know if you would prefer the information in another language.

Hi Gerti,

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Based on your description, it is very likely that the license associated with your account was accidentally disabled in the Microsoft 365 admin center.

You mentioned that the administrator you are aware of is currently unavailable. In this case, you can contact the organization owner or your organization's IT department to check whether there is another administrator who has administrative access to the tenant.

Additionally, you can refer to the following documentation for instructions on how to find the administrator of your Microsoft 365 tenant:

How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? | Microsoft Support

While waiting for your administrator to return, you can clear the Outlook cache to check whether the issue still occurs.

Please refer to the link below and select the instructions that are appropriate for the version of Outlook you are currently using.

Clear the Office cache - Office Add-ins | Microsoft Learn

If you are using Classic Outlook, you can also try creating a new Outlook profile and check whether the issue persists with the new profile.

I hope this information is helpful.

If you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to share them in the comments on this post so I can continue to support you.

I look forward to continuing the conversation.
