Microsoft Outlook für Android verhindert das Anzeigen von Konten
Endgerät: Samsung Galaxy gt-i9235
Android Version : 4.2.2 JellyBeans
The "Microsoft Outlook" app for Android prevents accounts from showing in native Android account dialogue.
Android Version 4.2.2
device : Samsung galaxy gt-i9235
Please read carefully, this Problem seems severe.
Until now i used the "Outlook.com" app for Android and entered my @live account into it.
This made an "Outlook.com" account appear in Androids native dialogue Settings ---> accounts.
Therefore, contacts synchronized properly to the phone, and also the calendars synct properly into samsungs native calendar app.
After now having uninstalled Outlook.com and installed the new proposed "Microsoft Outlook" app,. the Outlook.com account no longer appears in android.
Therefore, contacts are gone from the phone and also calendars are gone from the calendar app.
The only way ti view it all, is by opening the Outlook app.
This practically makes the Outlook app useless and i had to revert to Outlook.com which was only possible through the Google Play store's history.
Is there some way to configure the Outlook app so that the account will Show up in Androids native Settings --> account dialogue?
Because my other solution, trying to add the @live account as an EAS account, does not work.
The EAS account will only sync the first calendar and contacts will only sync once and then fail.
Please kindly propose a solution.
